Consultations

Initial consultations can often be done by phone!  This is our opportunity to discuss the individual needs of each learner and determine the most effective services.  Please bring any evaluations, work samples, IEP/IFSP, or other relevant documentation about your child's needs. 

If we don't feel that we have what is right for you, we will be happy to help you find other resources or services. We genuinely want what is best for every learner! If services are agreeable, then scheduling and fees will be discussed during this time as well.  

We are in the process of requesting grants in order to provide scholarships for those in need.  The criteria for the scholarships will be determined by the conditions of each grant, so more information is not available at this time.  We will keep you posted!

Our current availability is limited.  If we are unable to accommodate you at this time, we will do what we can to help you find other services and/or put you on a waiting list so that we may contact you as soon as a service provider becomes available for your specific needs.

Pricing

Factors for pricing include facility operation cost, service provider education and experience, instructional/assessment materials needed, insurance eligibilty, program fees, licenses, etc.  This is decided on a case-by-case basis and will discussed and explained during consultation.
